30 Minute Express Workout

For those with a busy schedule or those starting off in getting fit, you picked the right class - 30-Minute Express Workout! You can dedicate at least 30 minutes, once per week to your own health with Fitness Motivators. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals! Use of hand weights, a chair, and/or concentrated moves. Instructor will bring in other equipment for use in this class! Never the same boring routine, each class will be different.

The Bender Barre Method is open to all levels, based on applied functional movement, and exercises for the non-dancer - with safety and technique a priority. Join Fitness Motivators for a tri-plane program that fuses the best of Ballet, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, utilizing all dimensions of your body, which actively stimulates your muscles to perform better. You will learn how to use your own body strength to control the movement and exercise. From the skilled athlete to the patron in rehabilitation this class is guaranteed to push you to your limit! Dramatically affect your legs and core without any potential injury to your back or neck. No Barre or shoes needed for this class!

BFF Fit Camp, Fitness Motivators

Looking for a fun class to sign up with your BFF? Or, do you want a class where you can be challenged and see results while meeting new friends with the same goals as you? This original program by Fitness Motivators includes exercise geared toward those who are serious about taking their fitness up a notch. Exercises are inspired by some of your favorite school yard rituals, along with our famous ultimate abs and other popular routines. ALL FITNESS LEVELS participants will leave this class feeling like a winner!

All Level Boot Camp

Our Cardio Boxing class kicks into another level, BUT ANY LEVEL can do this class, because we provide the beginners and advanced clients with Team Instructors! A total body workout! By the end of the session, your stamina, strength, and confidence will go up a notch or two! Last 15 minutes are reserved for abs or use of focus mitts (optional). Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Geared for ALL fitness levels!

Fitness Motivators Boot Camp

We deliver serious results. Be prepared to amaze yourself! Fitness Motivators Boot Camp is designed for fast and serious weight loss with toning! This Boot Camp offers a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, excess body fat loss and personal appearance.

Cardio Ballet, Fitness Motivators

Interested in core strengthening as well as toning and strengthening your legs and arms? Want to achieve the dancer’s sculpted look? This class will focus on toning and strengthening exercises, traditionally performed at a barre – including plies, releves, and leg lifts. Additionally we will perform movement sequences across the floor including light jumping, leaping, and spinning – all moves will be provided with options, so this class is suitable for all levels. Class can be taken barefoot or in a light sneaker, wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Cardio Boxing

A popular class - Cardio Boxing! Two worlds come together to bring you a combination of aerobics and kickboxing. Great for newcomers, while challenging the most fit. Great music and different combinations in each class! Never the same boring routine! Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Last 15 minutes are reserved for abdominal or develop punching and defensive techniques through drills with the use of focus mitts. Geared for ALL fitness level.

Chair Plus

Chair Plus is a gentle exercise program especially designed for people who have difficulty getting to the floor. Participants will notice improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture after a few Chair Plus classes. An added benefit is the ability to calm yourself and decrease stress through breathing and meditation techniques. Participants will be guided through a series of stretches and Z.E.N. postures that can be modified to accommodate those with limited mobility and difficulty balancing. Each class includes breathing and guided relaxation. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. For your comfort, please do not eat 2 hours before class.

Curves Circuit

Zumba® in the Circuit creates the same party atmosphere as every other Zumba program because the rhythm of the dance is the passion and foundation which keeps the participant engaged and coming back. Zumba® in the Circuit is fun, different, challenging and effective and provides, for the participant, a new avenue to weighted activity.

IMPORTANT:  If you do not take this class with an experienced certified fitness Instructor, you risk injury! We have been teaching Zumba Fitness® for many years now and recently added Zumba® in the Circuit to our program, because our company offers highly qualified certified Instructors.


Dance Fusion™ has been a part of Fitness Motivators for over 15 years! Using fun dance moves and the calorie-burning power of aerobics, this fusion workout tones the whole body! This class offers a non-stop, 45-minute workout that will melt away fat, while the last 15 minutes will define your physique with Hand Weight training! Dance moves are intertwined into an aerobic workout that is fun and energetic! All ages are welcome - beginners to advance exercisers!

Have fun while you learn how to do a hustle dance each week! Perfect for two-left feet participant to the experienced dancer. You will be the hit of the next special event that you attend!


This program is specifically designed for men and women who wants a challenge, or to challenge each other. Although the class will be no-nonsense and easy-to-follow, it will include high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge participants’ strength and endurance while burning many calories. The class moves quickly, from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Modification (as well as in our other programs) will always be demonstrated to stay safe and avoid injury.

For those who walk, sometimes lift weights, are in fairly good shape, or in a regular fitness routine, then they are ready for a new challenge. This program is tailored for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Participants will push their bodies to slightly higher demands and will reap the benefits of increased activity and rewards. Clients in this program will set new goals and challenges.

Spend an hour, one day per week, sculpting, strengthening, tightening, toning and stretching yourself from head to toe!! A great workout and perfect for any level of fitness! Fitness Motivators Group Training

Not only will you get a certified trainer that is right for you from the beginning, you’ll also get the motivation you need to continue on your journey to a new, healthier you! Become a part of a new concept class, that specializes in personal training. Give us 45-min, two times per week, for 7-weeks (total of 14-classes) and YOU WILL see results! Assessment testing done at the first and last class. Each class will blast away fat and reshape your body from head to toe.
Equipment: Heavy and Light Hand Weights, mat.
NOTE: First and last class dedicated to the Assessment Testing, expectation, and motivation. Wear loose clothes for Assessment Testing.

Fitness Motivators Hip HOT Abs
Hip HOT Abs!

Make time for this class if you want flat, sexy abs without ever doing a single crunch or sit-up on the mat! Our new Hip Hot Abs class, with popular beats (from today and all the way back to the 70s, 80s, and 90s!) will hit the classroom with purpose! Dedicate 45-minutes to yourself and burn fat and get hot abs with this total-body cardio workout! Adding a few of our classes to your fitness calendar and will get you those tight, toned, super-awesome abs of your dreams FAST!

Kettlebell Cardio-Tone

Mat Fusion - Formerly Called Z.E.N.

Mat Fusion is user-friendly for all fitness levels and bodies. You go at your own pace in this mat workout. A total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Tabata Bootcamp

There's a reason HIIT is HOT, and Tabata Bootcamp™ is the new hit! Tabata Bootcamp workouts are short in duration and designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. Within each 30 minute workout, you will experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout).

Tabata Express

This Tabata Express 30-Min class is sure to get your body moving! You will simply perform 8 sets of each exercise for 30 seconds as fast as you can followed by a 10 second rest in between . . . quick and intense! You will increase strength, stamina and all-round cardiovascular fitness! All fitness levels are welcome – take the class at your own pace or be pushed hard by your trainer.

Fitness Motivators Total Body Mix

Get the results you want! Designed for all ages and fitness levels, This class will improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with a workout that employs tools such as lightweight dumbbells, concentrated movements and your own body resistance! Achieve your fitness goals with this total body mix workout that incorporates elements of toning, cardio, circuit-style and interval-style training. Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working from top to bottom –biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and a special concentration on the midsection. Come prepared to build your strength, stamina, agility, and a positive outlook on exercise! PLEASE NOTE:

Dedicate 45 minutes to YOURSELF and get a jumpstart to a toner, fitter YOU! In this class you will build strength and burn calories. The focus will be on using your own body weight and free weights to improve your muscular strength and endurance. This class will help elevate your body’s metabolism and increase calorie burn. Fitness Motivators Classic Step Aerobics

A classic is back - The Step! You’ll burn calories and shape your body with lots of varied, but never complex, choreography. Straddles and repeaters, V-steps and marches, step touches and knee lifts — this class features all your step favorites, making it fun with tempo variations and directional changes. So, get your Step out of storage if you are looking for a class that can help increase your strength, lose body fat, and gain cardiovascular endurance! All levels of fitness are welcome. You can do the moves without a Step too! We've got you covered!

Turbo Kick

Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick®, a choreographed workout with music that makes you want to move it and sweat! The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU a great cardiovascular workout! Fitness Motivators Real Women Fitness

Fitness for women only! This program is non-intimidating and although all fitness levels are welcome to participate, is created for beginners or plus-sizes. Fitness Motivators offers a safe environment where women can exercise physically while feeling secure emotionally. Sessions will be FUN, non-jumping, easy-to-follow without complex movements while doing cardiovascular training and complete body toning. This class may also include fitness walking, weather permitting.

Yoga Flow

Not your traditionally Yoga, but a user-friendly style that is accessible and doable by individuals of any fitness levels. Yoga Flow is designed to improve your health, performance, and mental acuity that blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. This is the perfect class to undue a stressful mind and at the same time, develop grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, and muscular strength all at your own pace.

Chair Yoga by Fitness Motivators

This is perfect for those who are worried about traditional poses with balance or getting down onto the floor. Poses are done with a chair for stability and balance. This is for all ages, and health concerns!

PeeWee Yoga by Fitness Motivators

Kids ages 3-10 will experience a fun approach to yoga while building balance, coordination and strength with basic yoga poses and concepts. The focus is on breathing and body awareness.

Z-Box Fitness

Experience the difference. Boxing, Dancing, Body Toning, Mat, and Relaxation = Z-Box Fitness® (the Z is short for Z.E.N.). Z-Box Fitness® blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today, mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and standing Z.E.N. Z-Box’s technique utilizes intermittent training by varying bursts of energizing, fun exercises with decreased intensity recovery periods. This style has incredible advantages. It is the quickest way to get fit, lose fat, and be supercharged for optimal fitness. Throw in the weights and you speed up the process even more!

Fitness Motivators Z-Box X

Are you ready for the next level of Z-Box? Introducing Z-Box X! Bring it on! XTREME conditioning . . . we promise to be nice and make you sweat at the same time! This class provides a full-body sculpting and toning workout. This energizing class offers various levels to meet everyone's needs. Work on endurance, strength and coordination while burning tons of calories. Workouts focus on all major muscle groups.

Z.E.N. by Z-Box Fitness

As see in the Z-Box Workout DVD! Z.E.N. is a conscious effort to train the mind to be fully present by controlling the breath, mind, and body in one balanced moment. Z.E.N. for the body, soul, and mind. A hardcore workout without straining your joints or jumping.  You will burn fat and get results while defining and elongating your muscles! Truly a fun, original workout that will make you sweat while doing low-impact, high-intensity strength training, with a series of continuous, targeted moves (yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and toning type of exercises).  All fitness levels welcome.

Zumba® is not your average cardio class! Latin inspired music and a combination of fast and slow rhythms promises to tone and sculpt your body while having a great time. Unlike others, this class is taught the original Zumba® style! NOTE: ANY Zumba® class that you see being offered, please be sure that Instructor is authorized to teach Zumba®!

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® is the "pool party" workout for all ages. A safe, effective and challenging water-based workout integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Designed for all fitness levels.

Zumba Gold

Zumba® Gold was designed for the active adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising. Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Zumba classes. Fitness Motivators will also throw in a little of motown and oldies to add to the fun mix! Zumba® Gold classes strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.

Zumba Toning

Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. You'll learn how to use the weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
