PERSONAL TRAINING NOW OFFERED

Fitness Motivators is now offering personal training sessions in your home or local gym. Private sessions start at $50/hr for senior trainers or $60/hr for master trainers. We also offer packages. Timeslots are limited, so contact us for more details.

Fitness Motivators can help you accomplish every one of these goals. Each goal can be the start of a fun exercise program you can enjoy and benefit from.

Since 1989, Fitness Motivators has trained thousands of clients just like you. Some clients have even changed their careers to the fitness industry. Some became Fitness Motivators instructors, and one ended up writing fitness books and is now training instructors at fitness conferences.  Whatever you want to accomplish, we can help you get started with a program that best meets your goal.

Anything is possible. All you have to do is believe, focus, and trust in yourself.

The Challenge
I challenge you for 2008, to step outside of your box. Know that whatever you want for your life is up to YOU to make it happen.

In 1989, I was asked if I'd rather be the Chief or the Indian. That is when Fitness Motivators was born. I had the choice to work for another fitness company who told me that my program ideas would never work. Or, trust in myself that what I had to offer would help others reach their fitness goals. To this date, competitors are still trying to copy our original Interval Training program and company format.

Only you can be the Chief of your own life, your own destiny.

Only you can ultimately be in charge of your "temple" - your body, the way it truly deserves to be cared for. 

We all have choices.

What fitness and health goals did you set for yourself this time last year? Did you accomplish them? If so, you are on the right track and congratulations! If not, what stopped you? Today is the first day of moving toward your fitness and health goals, or whatever other goals you may have.

Mind over matter.

Believe that you have the power within yourself to accomplish anything. Trust in YOU. Do not let negative thoughts or negative people stand in your way.

Click for Larger ViewTwo years ago my daughter, Christina and I went to the Red Mountain Spa Resort in Utah to guest instruct. During our visit, my daughter convinced me to hike the Narrows, Zion Mountain. For those who do not know, the path is miles of water hiking on top of various rocks and not knowing where the next step will take you. Sometimes the water can go over your head; you hike at your own risk. Unfortunately, a few hikers died hiking the Narrows. When we finally stepped onto land, my daughter asked how did I feel now that I finished the hike? It was an emotional moment and yet incredible. What a feeling of accomplishment! Shortly after we completed our hike, we thankfully missed a flash flood. The purpose of sharing this story is that I do not know how to swim. Of course I was scared to death and a few times wondered if we would make it. But I had to believe in myself and ignore the fear.

I am not asking you to hike the Narrows, but to truly and unconditionally believe in yourself. You are in charge of your life. Make 2008 the year where you will make a lifelong commitment to your health and fitness.

Let Fitness Motivators help you on the path to a healthier YOU, a fitter YOU. There will be days where you will struggle to get dressed and drive to class after a long day. But trust me, you will feel 100% better and happy that you made it one day closer to your health and fitness goals. Each morning while driving to work, I visualize my workout for that evening and even have my workouts written down in my planner for the week. This helps me stay focused and makes it a reality. Whatever works best for you, just make it happen and believe that you can do it.
