Virtual Exercise Classes with The Lim Twins

Class will be different each week!Are you ready to be motivated in the comfort of your home? Do you want to be part of a community with the same interest as you, staying healthy and exercising while having fun? Have fun while you are getting fit - Virtually! You go your own pace, or challenge yourself in a session where the class is different each week!
Two Steps to reserve your spot:
1. Pay only $30 for Monday/6 classes, via Zelle (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Venmo (Donna Truss, confirm it is the Lim Twins).
2. Register in advance

Mondays at 6:30-7:20pm - Z-Box Fitness Are you serious about your health and fitness and want a great workout? Sign up for Z-Box! A combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises performed in short training intervals to work your entire body. Rounds of Boxing, Dancing, and Body Toning. End with ZEN/Relaxation. Aromatherapy used. (resuming possibly in September)

Tuesdays at 6:30-7:20pm - Interval Training+ Each week expect a different type of Interval class! Never boring and always fun. Caters to ALL fitness levels, ALL Bodies, and ALL ages - ALL are welcomed! Motivating music while doing a mixture of cardio and body toning with weights - on and off the mat! Wednesdays at 6:30-7:20pm - Zumba Here ya go - Zumba Fitness! Back with excitement and fun, smile-in-ya-face-energy! Your stress level will disappear with laughter and your body will get toned, without realizing it! At the end, you're more toned and you'll be coming back for more - promise! Equipment: bring hand weights/Certified Instructor: Kathy Registration Link Thursdays at 6:30-7:20pm - Cardio Boxing Since 2002 we've offered the BEST Cardio Boxing class in town. Join us with power jabs, uppercuts and kicks to the beat of motivating music! End the class with strength training and you've completed one round of exercise in your schedule! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun - but be prepared to sweat!
